Take this quick test to help you evaluate your family's stress level.

18-24 (blue) 25-32 (yellow) You're probably under many stresses. Look carefully at these questions and think about ways to improve your score. Remember: It is not a sign of weakness to ask for help.
17-less (blue) 33-above (yellow) It is important to take action now to improve the health and happiness of your family. Friends, family, or professional help, are all great tools for tough times.
